Hi @user_kiifxh13. Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We would be more than happy to submit a request to possibly relocate some equipment. A technician must visit their home to see if it’s possible. This is a chargeable service visit and doesn’t guarantee we can move the line and equipment

Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, clicking on the pen and paper icon, and then entering “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full first/last name and complete service address (Including the city, state, and zip code), and I'll be happy to help.

How is this a chargeable fee when your equipment is a hazard to my daughter and on my property? Additionally, I’ve read other forums with customers describing the same issue and no service charge was mentioned. I will be calling to cancel my service.

Great question @user_kiifxh13. Easement rights are a public utility right-of-way that helps Comcast maintain its equipment. The equipment in question is part of our network distribution. We can schedule a technician to evaluate the network and see what options are available. This would be a one-time charge, so no additional charges would apply. If this is something you would like to move forward with, please do not hesitate to send us a Direct Message.

Perhaps some additional option is calling 811 — Call Before You Dig and installing a small fence around the area?
