XG1v4

I have tried to order a XG1v4 Cable Box 4 times and have been dealing with incompetent customer service agents.  I would love to know how I can order the right box

So far, I've gotten in returns!

Regular box that was not 4K

Regular DVR box that was not 4K

Regular 4K box that was not DVR

Today I got a 4K streaming box
