Xfintiy Service

Again my download speed is less then 40% of the download speed I pay for. This is the second message left on you website. It seen i just go round and round in your website looking for the site to leave you a review. CAN I PAY 40% OF MY MONTHLY BILL SINCE THATS ALL I GET IN SERVICE?

Thank you, @user_au2q5g for taking the time to post your concerns with your internet here on our Xfinity Community Forum. 

As someone that works from home, I definitely understand how important it is to have my internet services working correctly at all times and would feel the same way in your shoes. How long have you been having connection issues? Does this happen on all devices?

Did you follow up with @XfinityChelseaB in your original thread here?  She requested you send a direct message.  Did you do that?

I'm closing this thread as it is a duplicate to the one I posted under the word "here".  @user_au2q5g please don't create multiple threads on the same issue as it tends to waste the employee's times and can only confuse the situation, not to mention it's against the Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy.  😉
