Xfinitywifi

Hi,

I moved out of the country but still have my xfinity account in Colorado. When I come to California for work randomly I’m not able to connect to xfinitywifi. Am I eligible to access or what do I need to do?

user_rnfx96 Hey there. Thank you for reaching out to us. I understand how important it is to stay connected, especially when traveling for work. Let's get this sorted out for you. 😊

Accessing Xfinity WiFi in California

You should be able to access Xfinity WiFi hotspots while you're in California, even though your account is based in Colorado. Here are some steps to help you connect:

  1. Ensure You're Signed In: Make sure you're signed in to your Xfinity account using your Xfinity ID and password.
  2. Locate Hotspots: Use the Xfinity WiFi hotspot map to find nearby hotspots. You can enter your ZIP code or use the interactive map to locate hotspots.
  3. Connect to Xfinity WiFi: Open your WiFi settings and select the "xfinitywifi" network. If prompted, sign in with your Xfinity ID and password.

The hotspot didn’t work for me so I’ll reach out to customer service on why I cannot connect to the xfinitywifi. Thank you!

Was there ever a response to this? I haven’t been able to connect for over three weeks now.
