Xfinity is not understand the issue and are running from the problem! You did an update and now we can't access xfinitywifi. Don't tell me to access my home network when I'm in another state!! This doesn't even make sense!

Xfinity needs to fix the issue and stop playing games with everyone! Three hours on the chat line and one hour on the phone and no one knows what the heck is going on? They fight you every step of the way and say it's your home modem, buy a new one.
