xfinitywifi hotspot- 15 agents and they still can’t fix it

Why is it that no one can fix this issue? It’s been ongoing with Xfinity for months now. Waste list hours spent on the phone and chatting with your agents on here and also also on the app site and nothing gets resolved! And what else is incredibly frustrating in your tags selection below you can’t even choose xfinitywifi As it deletes your whole entire message on purpose, I’m sure!
