Xfinity.com schedule a move is broken
I have tried for 4 days to schedule a move on the xfinity.com site and at the end I keep getting an error and it will not complete my request. The chat agent an automated phone agent keep sending me to the broken website. They also will not connect me with a live agent saying that something went wrong when they tried to connect me. I need to get this move schedule asap!!
