I don't know why Xfinity keeps going down in my area but I work from home and this is getting ridiculous. And I can't even get a 5.00 credit from them when I'm losing a days pay. Time to shop for a new service

Hey there, user_g1y3vq, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your services. I work from home, and I understand how important it is to have working services. We would be happy to help you with troubleshooting your connection. We want to get to the bottom of this for you!
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
