Xfinity X1 XG1v4

I have been to three stores (one twice) and had three calls to customer service. I've been sent the wrong box twice (at my expense) and been promised that I'd be sent a box as soon as one is available. I had one, but it was damaged by lightning, so I know they exist. I've been paying for the box and DVR service without the box for a year. I want the  Xfinity X1 XG1v4 box, only that box, no other box. Can I get one, or shall we play this silly dance for another year before arbitration?
