Xfinity Won’t Cancel NBA League Pass
Hello, just thought i would share my frustrating experience with xfinity and their agents. Two times i have have agents tell me they would cancel my league pass and refund me for the month i already paid, however nothing has been done. The reason i want to cancel and want my money back is the service is literally broken, it glitches in and out of video feee and the audio cuts out as well. I know it’s not an internet or cable problem because everything else works just fine. I go to cancel on the site and it doesn’t let me, the league pass is a giant scam.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
