XFINITY WIFI
I moved to a non serviceable xfinity wifi address. I’ve been jumping through hoops for months (September 1st 2025) trying to figure out how to get wifi service at this location. It’s come to the conclusion that I will not be getting the service I have continued to pay for months on. I need the wifi portion of my account cancelled, but I need to remain with xfinity phone service until my phones are paid off. Who can help me cancel the wifi portion?

I did want to help get the proper expectations set up that you can continue to use the Xfinity Mobile service after the disconnection of the Xfinity Internet account, but you will see a $25 line fee for each going forward after the internet disconnection: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/important-information-when-canceling-services
