I was charged for Xfinity NOW Wifi that I didn't subscribe. I no longer use it because I am not in the US. I recently got an email that it was charged without my consent?

We do not have the tools to review your NOW WiFi account and billing details. I recommend reaching out to the NOW WiFi support team using the phone number that is listed on the purchase reciept for assistance.

It only work in one part of my house every other day it just what place in my apartment where it will work in and it very irritating I paid 20$ for Wi-Fi to not work as good as it say
