Xfinity website on chrome

I'm trying to shop for tv services to potentially add onto my internet plan for this fall. When navigating the website through chrome, the "TV and Streaming" tab returns an error "A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'fields').". Additionally, if I try to access the TV section through "change my plan", the website gets stuck in a loading loop going from one loading page back forth to another. I have already cleared my cache, cookies, and browsing data. I am logged in and using Google Chrome. There is no way to report an issue with the website through the xfinity assistant.
