Xfinity War Zone
Hello, Do you know what’s going on in front of our townhomes. Deep trenches, dirt piles blocking sidewalks. We get no notifications of what’s happening. Lost service 3 times. Several xfinity trucks, late night work. Now it’s about to rain. Might get mudslides now too. What’s happening? Why didn’t customers and townhome community get explanation and status updates? It looks like a war zone!!

We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience regarding the recent maintenance and network upgrades that are taking place. During this time, you should have a notification within the Xfinity App that there is scheduled maintenance taking place. The Xfinity App will provide any updates as they become available.
With trenching taking place, looks like new cables and networking is taking place. Services can be intermittent at certain time of the days while changes are being made. If you do experience issues, please use the Xfinity App as you can check the current status of the modem to see if the device is online and working to determine where the issue might be present.
