Xfinity Voice Out

Xfinity voice is out...tried to speak to a live agent but all they did was reset modem twice. I have 2 modems one that only is xfinity voice. They rest the other modem rwice. 

Modem is in my gararage for phone and I don't think that is the problem. My basement flooded and my xfinity voice went out not sure why but all my landline phones are not working. 

I need a service tech to come and evaluate the problem.
