Need to speak to Live agent

My service address is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. It has been outage for more than a week. I need to speak to a live agent to confirm the outage is reported.

I think it's so stupid that you can't contact xfinity customer service during an outage even if you are calling regarding a billing issue. An outage shouldn't stop anyone from speaking to a live agent. I think it's time for me to find a new internet provider. Smh [Edited: "All Caps"]
