Xfinity visa prepaid debit card expired without use

I have a Xfinity visa prepaid debit card. Today, I suddenly realized there is an expiration date on it.... it was just expired in August, 2023. Can the customer service help me to reissue a replacement card?

Thank you very much.

Hi there, @user_bda184 Thank you so much for reaching your Digital Care team. Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear that your Gift Card expired, that has happened to me several times so I know how frustrating it is. Please be assured you reached the right person to assist you. Can you please DM me your first and last name along with your full-service address so that I can assist you further?

  •   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
