Xfinity Visa gift card expired

How can I request to get a new xfinity visa gift card that expired, I never even used any of the money on it.

It is a xfinity prepaid Mastercard.

I tried to sign in it says card is invalid. This way a prepaid mastercard

@Dlh8898 thank for confirming it's a Mastercard, the prepaid cards are valid for 6 months so if not used would be why it's saying it's expired. Have you attempted to reach out to the prepaid support team at the incentive tracker: https://www.xfinityincentivetracker.com/track ?

There is a great option to message the team directly, and ask to have the card reissued. I like to provide our awesome partners contact, to help possibly save time. As the option I would have would be to open a ticket, and it's typically around 7 business days for those to be worked.

I did do that but haven’t heard anything.  Any chance you know how long it takes for them to respond

@Dlh8898 I'm not positive how long it takes for the team to follow up after contact, it may fall under the 7 business days for the tickets I can create.
