Xfinity truck driver accident

Who do I contact about a car accident involving one of your drivers. The accident happened yesterday and I need to speak with someone about what happened.

No.. you can't. I've looked every where and the only message part is talking with your ai chat.

Hi there @user_09ukj6, I will try to be a little more specific on the location of the direct message. Once you are signed in, you will see 3 icons in the top right corner of the Xfinity community forums website. The icon to the left of the notification bell will look like a chat bubble, once you click that icon you would then be able to follow the rest of the steps that I will send below. I look forward to speaking to you soon. 😀

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations 

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name! 

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 

• Press Enter to send it
