The easiest and quickest way to cancel an appointment with Xfinity is through the Xfinity App. - Open the Xfinity app on your mobile device and log in with your Xfinity ID. - Find your scheduled service appointment right on the home screen. - Tap More Details and use the Xfinity Assistant chat option to cancel the appointment.
You can also do so via text message by texting the word 'appt' (without the single quotes) to 266278 from the mobile number associated with your account, then just follow the automated prompts sent via text to view or cancel an active appointment.
