Xfinity Support

My email is stuck in a loop redirecting to the account-email-information support article on all browsers. I need tier 2 agent to verify my email status settings and re-provision my mailbox.

When was the last time you logged in to webmail?

Are you a new customer?  If so, you won't have a comcast.net email, only an XfinityID.

Have you migrated to Yahoo! Mail?  If so you would go here https://login.yahoo.com or https://mail.yahoo.com and log in with your comcast.net credentials.

The account isn’t even 9 months old and I have reached out several times to get access I never have had access to it

@user_gb1mmb that makes sense as to why you cannot access an email address. We stopped issuing emails back in June 2024. We no longer assign comcast.net emails.

Ok so Disney plus logs in on my Xfinity account and they keep sending the comcast email a verification email and I can’t access that to get it verified
