Xfinity support
Hi, I need to cancel my Xfinity account and all associated services, effective immediately. I sold my home at [Edited: Privacy], in August 2024 and never properly closed the account — I am no longer at this address and have not been for over a year and a half. I am not interested in pausing, transferring, or modifying service. I want the account fully closed and all future billing stopped as of today.
I have equipment to return and am happy to do that via an Xfinity store or UPS drop-off — please advise on the best method.
Can you confirm once the cancellation is processed and provide the effective cancellation date in writing? Thank you.
