Getting error message when adding iPhone to a cart.im working on adding a new line but getting an error.
Sorry, looks like we are having technical difficulties
tried to troubleshoot already. Used different devices, cleared cache, checked cookie settings, Xfinity chat assistance is worthless. It’s frustrating.

Still having the same issues. I've been trying to get a great deal getting a new phone and get $700 trade-in credits monthly instead of one time $258 credits. And when I go ahead and try to add to my cart it gives me this error. What's more frustrating is that the agents on call are doing nothing to help. Maybe this is a sign to get all of my devices to a better carrier.
