Xfinity Support
I used the AI chatbot that then redirected me to a live agent about my internet bill. I was told it would be approx $81.37 with taxes included after all was said and done. My bill is still showing I owe $145. Calling has not been helpful either as my internet is spotty and drops calls frequently on all phones. How do I get this looked into? Who can I contact DIRECTLY that can help solve my internet and phone issues?
