I have been trying to get a real person on the phone for OVER AN HOUR. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH IN MY LIFE. I made my scheduled payment last night and my service was still canceled any way. I need it turned back on NOW. YOU ARE LITERALLY ROBBING ME OF A SERVICE I PAID FOR. It is disgusting that you make it this difficult for your customers to get help.
