Xfinity Support - retention
Hi, I have been with Xfinity for many years. There are starting to be other excellent options in our area regarding internet at reasonable prices. Kinetic has 1 gig fiber optic service at $79.99 per month (equipment included plus a $200 prepaid mastercard offer). Glo fiber offers 1.2 Gig at $65 per month or 2 gig for $80 per month - each with a $100 gift card.
We like our plan with Xfinity, but the reality of paying almost $300 per month for our bundled service is not sustainable given our other choices. I'd like a review of our account with keeping the same bundled plan/services and equipment - no changes to our bundled plan. Please send us your best offer (ongoing discount) for us to remain with xfinity.
