Xfinity support - No internet connectivity after transferring service to new address

Hello,

I went through the process to transfer my service to a new address after moving to a new location. A new account got created under the address and I am able to log into it. However after connecting the old modem and router to the power supply there is still no internet connection.

Could someone please help me out with troubleshooting?

@user_e7c54a

Please create a new topic of your own here on this board detailing your issue. Thanks. The original poster has not returned. 4-month-old dead thread is now being closed.

For future reference, it is better to submit your own post as it creates a ticket to get help, and posting on an old thread can delay getting help.
