Xfinity Stream False Advertising!

I'm very upset because I added Xfinity stream and a Xumo TV box to my Xfinity Internet plan based on an ad that said I could add this service to live stream all NASCAR races at no additional cost. The ad specifically says Xfinity Internet customers and says nothing about Xfinity TV or needing a TV package for this. NASCAR races almost always premier live on FS1 which I've come to find out after I've wasted all this time trying to make it work, is NOT included in this Xfinity stream service, unless you also have a TV package. I saved the screenshots and all the fine print on my phone because I'm going to escalate this one way or another bc as an internet customer I was completely mislead into believing this ad on service would allow me to live stream races without a TV plan since it only mentioned internet customers and said "at no additional cost" and adding a TV plan would nearly double my bill and I'm not doing that. I'm furious and really need Xfinity to rectify this because that was the only reason I added this service and it turns out it's not even included.

This was not helpful if anyone was wondering. I reached out to them in a DM and got no answers or clarification. They just verified my personal info and then passed me around to different chat bots, who also couldn't help me escalate this issue.

rachelerica From what I can read in your post you added our Xumo box which includes Peacock at no cost for our Gig or higher internet customers. You would need a subscription to watch it on FS1, but Peacock also allows you to stream Nascar through that app that you have access at no additional cost with Gig or higher internet. Have you attempted to use the Peacock app to watch your Nascar races?
