Xfinity Spanaway WA store

This store and the employees are absolutely beyond ridiculous. I’ve been sitting here in the store for an hr and a half to be helped JUST TO TURN IN AN OLD MODEM AND PICK UP A NEW ONE! I asked how much longer the wait would be, and was told I’d be helped in another 68-78 minutes. [Edited: "Profanity"]
