Xfinity service

I have been with xfinity service for over 16yrs and nothing has changed. They have the worst customer service of all time. First and foremost it's hard to talk to a live agent. I'm literally sick of the dealing with a computer agent. Also the cost of the service is mind blowing. Way to expensive. You talk to a live representative about your bill constantly going up month after month and they always blame it on taxes and fees which are way to expensive. They never have promotional deals in your area to bring the cost of your bill down considering that you may only have a low limit of channel options. I'm so fed up with this company that I'm literally trying to find out another way to watch TV. Xfinity is a rip off of a company.

Then when you finally get through to a live agent and they say we can help you lower your bill they are lying. Yes they may lower your bill but you have went from the basic entertainment package which is only about 25 channels to maybe 8 regular channels that you can get from using an basic tv antenna. When you don't want that and the live rep has already changed your package to get your old package back cost more because they are stating that you have lost your promotional deal that you had the first time. In less than 2hrs that it took for you to get in touch with a live agent.
