Xfinity service got disconnected

Hi, my Xfinity app is showing my service plan got disconnected and I can’t view any of the tabs or things like Wi-Fi or internet usage or modem. Also, it’s showing that I have past due balance even though my balance is $-10. I am not sure why it’s disconnected as I never asked to disconnect.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.

I expierenced the same called in about my wifi

Connectin and didn't want to change my service plan channel lineup and right after found my service was disconnected  called back and was treated with disrespect because had legacy plan

 My cable service is back on with no wifi

Throughly disappointed in comcast/xfinity I'm looking to drop after 40 yrs
