Xfinity sent me an empty box and now are charging me for phone HELP

Hello Xfinity,
You sent me an empty box ON FRIDAY JULY 11TH, I have given you the Police report number, SEE BELOW and went into the store with the box. Your Midvlae store says theft through mail is rampant 
On Friday July 11th , the fed ex person handed me an empty box. I called the 800 number and they told me to get a Police report and take pictures of the shipping contents, which I did. I went into XFINITY store IN Midvale with box, they took pictures and updated my account with Police Report [Edited: "Personal Information"], they dont provide physical police reports. I sent pictures and police report and an xfinity phone rep they are charging me for phone.

Dropped off my apple 15 plus the day my 16 plus box arrived empty and switched to another carrier, the store never documented my drop off as well. Please help thanks [Edited: All Caps]
