Xfinity sent me an email about the $50 / month 5-year 1 gig offer. Is this available to existing customers?

Xfinity sent me an email advertising an offer for 1 gig at $50/month for 5 years.  I have been an Xfinity customer for many years.  When I try to take advantage of this offer, I can't sign up for it online.  I tried talking to a customer service rep, who was no help.  Chatting with your AI was even worse.

Do you allow existing customers a way to get the offer Xfinity sent me?  If not, I'll probably switch to another internet provider.

Thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately, new member offers are not available for existing customers. In the Pricing and other information section on the offer you will see Restrictions apply, offer for New Xfinity Internet customers only.

However, you may qualify for an existing customer promotion. Our team would be more than happy to have a look for you. Please send us a direct message.

Ok. Xfinity doesn’t value its existing customers, so I’ll be switching to Quantum Fiber.  Congratulations on losing a customer.

We can definitely take a look and see what is available to you, we would don't want to lose you as a Xfinity customer.
