Reach out to me i feel this is some [Edited: "Profanity"] I’ve been an Xfinity customer 10 plus years never had this kind of experience. Unethical and unprofessional

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hi @user_2o0hxc this is definitely not the experience we want for our customers when reaching out for assistance with their account. Did you request or inquire about Xfinity Mobile during that interaction or adding new lines of service? If so, that may explain the request for that additional information.
