Xfinity Rewards

I've been an Xfinity customer for well over 15 years and have only had interruptions of service for no more than 1-2 weeks during moves but my rewards total is saying I am only a silver member (2yrs). I tried to input my previous addresses but the website will not let me do it. The rewards program seems to be a good program but what good is it for people like me that aren't allowed to take advantage of our loyal service.;

To get started, please send us a direct chat message with your full name and service address to Xfinity Support. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

It appears that this program is new to Xfinity and there are numerous bugs and situations that require remedies.

For those of you out there with uninterrupted loyal service to Comcast/Xfinity I may have some bad news for you. I have been with Comcast/Xfinity since 2000 but yet I am only eligible for the silver award (2yrs) of service. Apparently, they have record of accounts at addresses I lived at but don't have anything with my name on it. Go figure. The bills were in my name and paid monthly on time like clock work but they suddenly don't have any record of my name with service with them. Truly a sad day but another hard lesson I've gotten from Xfinity. They develop and provide programs that literally take an act of God in order for a customer to benefit from it. Xfinity is truly making it easy for me to want to go to another provider.

I CANNOT GET THE INFO TO SIGN UP FOR XFINITY REWARDS.

me neither. I can get to the page by entering the address in the search bar but when I try to click on anything, I get sent back to my account page.

@XfinityNicolas  I copied the link you posted. I can get to the rewards page anc click on 'Discover Xfinity Rewards' and then I'm rewarded by returning to the home page of my account. Not cool.

Live chat is a joke , they can’t answer my question then send me to another link that is dead. Have spent numerous hours trying to get ahold of the rewards dept.They do not answer or call back after numerous attempts, this program should be abolished with the person that conceived it.

The same thing has happened to me. Been with Xfinity since 2013... never an interruption of service yet I am only Silver. When I received the email explaining the Rewards program, there was a place to enter your previous addresses to connect them to your current account which I did and was bumped to Platinum but sometime in the last month I was dropped back to Silver. 

So far, these "rewards" haven't been worth the time I've spent getting to the proper tier only to be dropped back to the lower tier a month later.
