Xfinity Rewards - "Tickets on us: Jurassic World Rebirth Two Free Tickets" - Where is this offer?
I received an email today from Xfinity Rewards promoting two free tickets for Jurassic World Rebirth. When I accessed my rewards dashboard, I did not see the offer listed. Is the offer not active yet? Thank you for the help.

Have you tried logging out and then back into the Xfinity Rewards portal to see if that helps? Are you using your primary username? Also, do you see any other offers available?

Just checked the rewards page and yeah all gone it seems. Did a Google search for on the subject, and this was the top result. I guess they only had about 10 free tickets to give away, too bad!

'Melody, that reward will be available before the movie. You can rest assured there might be some glitches with the dates; however, you can check back by the end of June once it is available.'

You can check back at the end of June when it may be available. I will make a note for you so that you will not have any hassle with that.'

I am experiencing the same problem.
Why can't we access tickets?

It is also missing from mine as a Diamond Member.
Comcast just posted this an hour ago https://www.xfinity.com/hub/customer-experience/xfinity-rewards highlighting Jurassic World as a ticket offer.

That’s the worst. First reward I ever tried to get and it didn’t work. I thought it was too good to be true. Oh well. Lesson learned. Just won’t waste my time next time I see a too good to be true email.
