Xfinity Rewards - "Tickets on us: Jurassic World Rebirth Two Free Tickets" - Where is this offer?

I received an email today from Xfinity Rewards promoting two free tickets for Jurassic World Rebirth.  When I accessed my rewards dashboard, I did not see the offer listed.  Is the offer not active yet?  Thank you for the help.

Hey there, user_24011f, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your Xfinity Rewards offers. We are having our summer of movies event going on with a lot of different free tickets and rewards each week. I am so excited to see Jurassic World! 

 

Have you tried logging out and then back into the Xfinity Rewards portal to see if that helps? Are you using your primary username? Also, do you see any other offers available?

@XfinityJeniece​ Yes, I see other rewards offered.  I redeemed the Jurassic World Activity Kit offer just now.  Last week I redeemed the tickets for How to Train Your Dragon.  Is there a limited supply for Jurassic World?  I have not encountered this issue before with the free tickets rewards.

Thanks for confirming! They should be available to you as long as you are in the right tier, as I am not aware of the supply being gone. Let me see if we can troubleshoot the issue on our end. Please send us a Direct Message with your full name and your full address.

 

 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Same. Looks like the email just went out, hard to imagine all of them were claimed in just 30 min. Shouldn't Xfinity honor this?

I went back to the email and read the fine print.  It includes the phrases "while supplies last" and "Comcast reserves the right to modify or cancel offer at any time."  I guess all the codes were redeemed or too many people were redeeming the reward, so Comcast removed it as an option.

Just checked the rewards page and yeah all gone it seems. Did a Google search for on the subject, and this was the top result. I guess they only had about 10 free tickets to give away, too bad!

came here too after the email, no way they are out of tickets for an event that says till July 17th... an entire month, but all the jurrasic park tickets were given out to customers within 30 minutes of the deal...?

I dunno what is going on but not very proper whatever it is..

Why can't we access tickets?

Summer of Movies is here, exclusively for Xfinity Rewards members! As a Diamond member, we're giving you two tickets to Jurassic World Rebirth roaring into theaters July 2, while supplies last.

Redeem this reward by July 17, check out others, and come back for 

new Summer of Movies rewards launching every other week!

Same issue as well here (diamond tier, etc.). That said, Xfinity has pulled this same clueless stuff multiple times before with tickets and other good offers where they didn't show up until well after we were notified and the"customer service" folks here were totally clueless yet felt they knew enough to give incorrect responses (which they didn't). Just keep checking each day and they will likely show up. Until one of them actually gives more than a rote answer from a script (like referring to while supplies last and asking for DMs to solve a problem that is not an issue just for individuals) and actually investigates the issue to get it fixed, nothing will happen so just be patient.

Comcast just posted this an hour ago https://www.xfinity.com/hub/customer-experience/xfinity-rewards highlighting Jurassic World as a ticket offer.

That’s the worst. First reward I ever tried to get and it didn’t work. I thought it was too good to be true. Oh well. Lesson learned. Just won’t waste my time next time I see a too good to be true email.
