Xfinity Rewards support
I have been unable to redeem any of the free holiday movies since October. I get the emails and my tv says a new free movie every week but when I go the my rewards page, nothing is there. Missed all the Halloween ones. All the Christmas ones. I’ve chatted with a million people and no one has helped. I’m a diamond member and honestly think it’s pretty ridiculous that no one has been able to help me yet. And now no rewards are pulling up at all when I go to the page. Something is [Edited: "Language"] up and I’d like some help with it please.
