XFinity Rewards | Rocketman Movie | Where is it?

I claimed my reward through the Xfinity app which was the movie Rocketman. It said to go to my purchases and then open up the movie from there. However the movie does not show up under purchases. (even though, again, I claimed it).


How do I get this movie?

Hey, @XGuy1! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I hope you are doing well! I apologize to hear that you are having issues with not seeing this movie after you had redeemed the reward. This is certainly not the experience we want for you! We will make sure this gets resolved one way or another. When you try to look up Rocketman from the normal guide does it show you still need to purchase it? Depending on how this goes we might need to reconcile the entitlements on the back end, or we might need to open a ticket to further investigate.

Yes it still shows that I need to purchase it if I search for the movie.

It looks like we will need to get a ticket set up to see if we can get this corrected. Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?

Update to anyone who sees this post. I finally got the movie and Comcast credited me the amount on my bill.
