Xfinity Rewards Program Eligibility

Hi There,  I have been a customer since 2022 and I have been getting email to join the Xfinity Rewards program. I tried to join the Xfinity Rewards program but was unable to log in,  I get this message everytime "We can't offer you rewards right now Your account isn't eligible".  After reading and understanding the FAQ,  I can confidently say that I qualify for the access. I tried call and talked an agent and I used the chats services and no one is able to help me.  I am hoping some is able to get me access to affinity rewards

Hi there. I'd love to get a ticket opened to have the status of your account investigated for the rewards program.

there is no message icon in the upper right of the page.  I am having the same problem and have been a customer since 2014

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

I no longer work for Comcast.

@XfinityStephanieK​ thank you.  They still looking to find an answer for my ticket.  I provided all information they requested,  I'm hoping I get an answer soon.

They say I’m not eligible to join rewards because I get service via my HOA despite the fact I pay for significant upgrades beyond the condo provided offering.
