Xfinity Rewards Olympics Passport pin

I don't know where to put this because I am having problems with Xfinity Rewards and it doesn't have a category.  How do I get help finding out when my pin will be shipped from the Olympics passport reward?  I unlocked the pin reward after getting stamps on July 15 and it said a pin was being shipped but I've heard nothing since.  I tried the chat bot but keep going in circles trying to get help with Xfinity Rewards.  I tried the online form for rewards help but I get "sorry there has been an error".  When can I get the pin I unlocked from the rewards?  I do have a screenshot of unlocking the pin if you need it.

I  got my envelope, but it was COMPLETELY EMPTY.  Yup, no pin.

@user_nhof9d oh no!  Odd that they would send you an empty envelope.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

I got my pin, but the needle point was so bent it punctured through the backing piece. When I finally got the backing piece off, it broke :(

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_jaw6uo! We regret to hear the needle point was bent causing the backing piece to break. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue. To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
