Xfinity Rewards not working
Why are they not working? Why can I not get an answer? I have reached out multiple times, had three tickets created, and I get nothing.
Why do all of your customer service agents just want to make tickets and not do any actual work and research?

Hello there @tac194 thank you so much for using our forums to contact our Xfinity Support Team. We are happy to take a look into this and see what is going on with the Rewards. We know this has been an issue and our team has been working hard to resolve this, but please send us a DM. Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
