Xfinity rewards is a scam

I’ve been a loyal customer of comcast for 13yrs. Yet your company offers a reward program with no rewards, I’ve been submitting different rewards for 2 yrs but still haven’t won nor received any promos. Ppl are dropping their accounts with xfinity everyday for cheaper options. How about keeping an rewarding customers that gas been loyal to you. Please do better with customer service. Shame on comcast. Currently looking for better options

Scared me with free tickets to baseball game then never gave them to me and refused and ignored my complaints. Cowards won't answer my emails

There is actually no way to email Xfinity Rewards for questions, our team here would be the ones to help. We can easily research this for you, we keep extensive records and nothing is lost when it comes to those types of details regarding rewards, our systems are amazing.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue. I hope it would be okay to also circle back here to our public forum to share the results of our research with the community.
