Xfinity Rewards: Can't Find the Complimentary one-year Perplexity Pro subscription Offer

Sorry, I seem to have lost the prior conversation. I edited a comment and now everything is gone.

To restate:

I cannot find where the promo code for this offer is located.

I have not seen any prior promo offer on my rewards page.

According to Perplexity, the offer has been available since February 13, 2005 and expires on August 29, 2005.

I have platinum rewards status, but have been a Comcast/Xfinity customer going back to the early 2000s when my attbi.com account was converted to a comcast.net account. My status must have been reset when I relocated from California to Texas in 2014.

My prior conversation got deleted by accident, so I started  a new one.
