xfinity reward olympic pin not received

I claimed a limited edition Olympic pin on Feb 5th but haven’t received it yet. It’s in my claimed rewards, "Enjoy this limited edition pin from Xfinity!"

1st Reported through customer care February 19, 2026 - Request [Edited: Personal Information] but haven’t heard back.

Would you please look into this?

Hey @user_de7689865y, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We appreciate you taking the time to reach out and are taking advantage of our newly released Xfinity Membership program. With the 'Olympic Pins', you may be able to redeem the benefit, but the offer is valid only while supplies last. If no pin was received, there is no longer anymore in stock for shipment. 

We recommend frequently seeing what new Xfinity Membership benefits become available. The benefits do get published every Thursday, so that is the best time to check to see what new and exciting benefit becomes available next.

Thank you for your reply. I have confirmation I was able to claim a pin but it was never sent to my address. Exciting benefits become available but aren't necessarily received even if claimed? 🤔

Even though you may have claimed the benefit, the items are shipped to the address on the account on a first come, first served basis @user_de7689865y. As supplies have depleted, no more pins are being shipped.
