Xfinity repeatedly closing my case again and again without completing any work
I have had a case repeatedly closed again and again without Xfinity doing the work. We just signed up for service on 9/15/23 and the cable was run on top of our driveway. The area was then marked and a contractor came out and said he did not recommend running the cable under the driveway, but instead it needed to be run overhead in the vicinity of other wires that exist overhead. I have been notified repeatedly by Xfinity Assistant that my request has been closed without anything being done. I have visited the Xfinity store and had several employees open new cases and within 24 hours the new case has been closed without any work being done. The same thing also happened when I requested a Xfi pod under the Xfi complete package to have full home Wi-fi coverage, case opened and closed almost immediately with no action on Xfinity's part. Why are these cases being closed without any work being done?

Still not resolved, Xfinity worker showed up this morning but had to leave because he had received more important work orders for more important customers than I. Are you kidding, he showed up but was ordered to leave by his superiors to work somewhere else. So here we are, heading on three months of my effort to resolve the problem and no end in sight. Does anybody care??????

Can someone please let me know why my wifi now pass has said device limit reached when I only have 2 devices attached to my account the same 2 devices that I used for the past 6 months. I can't reach anyone from customer service not even the support chat, it says "oops sorry this is not working".

Hello - I'm having the same issue as another customer. I've opened two cases today and both closed and the work was never completed. I also spoke to a live agent, which took me forever to get a hold of and the agent also opened a case and that closed as well on the same day. I don't understand what's happening. I've never experienced any issues with Xfinity until now. I have a live cable wire hanging low on my property and I need a technician to come out. This is very unsafe! I need this resolved ASAP!
