Xfinity Prepaid App stuck on activation
Hello,
I moved my services about 2 months ago and when I was activating my service at my new address the app errors out. I get a message that says, “Oh, no! Something did not work…”
My service was automatically activated so no problems there but now whenever I log in it still gives me the same error message. This is restricting me from doing anything online, it won’t go past the log in. Please help, I’ve tried everything. Customer service was not help to help at all.
