Xfinity outage in Nashville

I live in an apartment complex and for days we only received notifications from xfinity assistant saying they were aware of the outage and that technicians were working on it. Initially no time frame was given for restoration. Days ago we received notification from Xfinity Assistant that we would have it restored yesterday February 5. Our Apt management team also emailed us all with that date. Yesterday came and went without it being restored. I received another notification from Xfinity Assistant yesterday now claiming it would be restored February 7, tomorrow. I don't believe this and I don't think this outage is being worked on at all. I am sure that tomorrow the date will be pushed again.

I have sent that direct message. 

I’ve been without Xfinity since Jan 25th and live in apt on Hillsboro and same [Edited: "Language"]. The date keeps getting moved.

I have already done that, what was suggested above, direct message, etc. I've done that. I did it days ago actually.

I have responded to the very stupid response that you all gave about somehow being unable to locate the account. I've had Xfinity at this same address for years. It is apparent that as I suspected nothing is being done to restore Internet for the apartment community at which I reside. We were told Feb 5 and then Feb 7. We have power and have had power since last Friday. I have not seen anyone fro. Xfinity at all this week. I am certain no work is being done. I've sent emails to local media and tp city council members about this ongoing outage.
