Xfinity now
Hello I was trying to order Xfinity now since my wifi is not set up yet in my new apartment. I didn’t know how to use it or it wouldn’t activate properly so I canceled it. Today in the mail I received a xfinity now modem. What do I do? Where should I send it back? I have email confirmation of the cancellation.

I reset my email password yesterday. When I sign into email today, I am directed to change my password again (I don't want to do this). When I click the reset password button, I get a message telling me to call Xfinity. When I call Xfinity, my call is dropped, with no help. I am trying to find out how to access my email. Doesn't Xfinity/Comcast get tired of having such [Edited: Language] customer service?
