Xfinity Now wifi pass not working and there is no support to get it fixed!!
Xfinity Now wifi pass not working and there is no support to get it fixed!! I have used this service for about 3 months now and it has been great, I only had one issue but I was able to contact support and they fixed it. Now it has completely stopped working and it's impossible to get anyone to help me, they all keep saying the same thing" if you don't have an account number we can't help you."
Well duh!!! I don't have an account number because I use your prepaid see service which apparently to them doesn't exist because they have no support system to help when there are issues with it. I mean I know it's just $10 but it's my hard earned $10 and then to keep getting the run around with numbers to call where I can't even get through to speak to an agent because I don't have an account number!!!!! It just [Edited: "Language"] if I could afford a full Internet plan I would get one but I can't at the moment.i was so happy and grateful when Xfinity started offering this service but now.... I'm paying for it and can't even use it.
If anyone knows a way to fix it please help because Xfinity just can't seem to help me.

Hello @user_b942f7 We are extremely limited on access to NOW accounts due to them being prepaid services. All the assistance for the NOW Wi-Fi Pass and NOW Internet is handled by the chat at Xfinity.com/NOW or by calling the number included in the confirmation email of your Pass purchase.

@user_ub3j7v We definitely understand how frustrating it can be when something does not work that you rely on each day. Please provide us some details about your issue with the NOW WiFi pass so we can attempt to assist. That service is outside the Xfinity ecosystem and is handled through an automated system. The confirmation email you received when you signed up for the pass will have all of the most relevant information to address any situation you're bumping into when attempting to use the pass.
I would definitely advise reviewing our Internet Essentials program. It is a low-cost internet plan for customers who fall into specialized qualifications. You may be eligible for the service that comes at a much lower cost than our Xfinity Internet service which could be a great alternative solution to the NOW WiFi Pass you're currently relying on for your internet usage.

I am having the same experience. It seems impossible to talk to an actual person. Everything is automated. I was hoping to talk to a real person. Apparently this is not possible. Also, you will be charged $5 for them to 'try' and diagnose an issue.
