Xfinity NOW WiFi Hotspot Pass Suddenly Stopped Working

As the title states, Xfinity HotSpot Pass suddenly stopped working after 2 months of working almost perfectly fine. I've paid for the pass three times since it's pretty useful, specially if you only use 2 devices and don't want the hassle of a monthly contract with equipment. Which is also more expensive with lots of hidden fees.

And then suddenly this month, it just stopped working. It constantly gets disconnected, goes out of range, and even shows as 'no internet' when connected. Not sure what the issue is but it's basically impossible to work with. I've tried reaching out to customer service representatives via email, chat and even on the phone, with zero help. Some representatives appear to not even know that Xfinity offers this product.

I've also tried updating my laptop's system, hardware, restarted, but it's definitely the hotspot connection because I am able to connect to another network, and it's far more stable despite it having lower signal. 

For some reason, it does work perfectly fine on my phone and doesn't have as much trouble staying connected to my TV. I know that the WiFi is only meant to be used with 2 devices, so I don't really connect the phone. 

It seems very unprofessional from Xfinity to offer a product that they have zero customer service for. I'd be willing to pay $15/month or even $20/month if it mean better overall support. The service itself from the hotspot, while not necessarily ideal for someone working, is still a pretty good solution specially if you work remotely, since this wide-range of hotspot locations is offered at coffee shops, restaurants and even hotels.
